24th Weekend!

Well the big 24th celebration in Monroe was another great success - well what I went to. I actually only went to the three on three tournament and then me and my mom took off to Lake Powell Thursday morning. I didn't even run the five mile milk run, I was kind of sad I didn't but I was way to tired from playing basketball all night. We did pretty good Tia Bastian played with me and Becca this year and we had a lot of fun. We told her she was recruited! We only lost one game it was sad because we really wanted sweatshirts this year, but then again we want them every year. I swear we will get them one year - hopefully. It was fun to see everyone. I figured I saw everyone so I could ditch out on the whole parade and park ordeal.
Lake Powell was awesome. We went to the Hole in the Rock and it was amazing. We hiked up and back. We also went to the crack - it is out in the middle of the Lake and you can climb up and it is like a slot canyon with sand in the middle you can walk through it was awesome! I got to ski, wake board, eat great food, and enjoy my family - so it was a good time as always! Not to mention the nice tan you always come home with.
