First of all as most of you know we usually go on a long trip during spring break for our anniversary. Well this year I don't know what I was thinking and I told Josh it was the wrong week because we got out later this year. So he booked everything, hotels, flights, and we were set to go to Mexico. When I found out what I did I was just sick about it, but I decided to just get a sub for that whole week and still go. After a few weeks things just were crazy for both of us and we decided it just wasn't the right time to go. I think there was a reason we didn't go not to mention all that is going on down in Mexico right now. So it actually probably worked out for the better. We still decided to go do something fun so we went down to San Diego for a few days. It was a lot of fun. There is so much to do there. We went to the Wildlife Park which Josh just absolutely loved I swear that is all we have pictures of for the trip is animals. It really got him excited to go over and pick Nathan up so we can see the animals in the wild. Then the next day we went over to Coronada and got on a little trolly and did the whole Down Town San Diego Tour where you could get off at any time and any place and spend the time you want and then get on again and go somewhere else and you can learn all about everywhere you go so it was fun. We got off at the museums and went to the "Human Body" exhibit it was pretty sweet, then we got off at Old Town for some good Mexican Food and then stayed on the rest of the time to get back to our car in Coronada. Coronada was interesting because it's a little island but it's only ten minutes away, it's weird because it is totally a different feeling there. So basically we had a great time. Of course it wasn't Mexico, but we will get there again soon hopefully.
The end of my Spring Break is here. I had a great time, I went skiing with my mom on Wednesday it was a beautiful day we had a lot of fun, but I was regretting the no sun screen after. I don't think my face has been this burned ever!!!!
I got to hang out with Jalene a lot this week and that was fun I miss having her around her and seeing her everyday. We also got to go play tennis with Devin and Whitney and that was a lot of fun. We have just been enjoying the week. Now back to work I go - I want summer to be here and it will be before we know it!!

Looks like you guys had a great time!! We are going to San Diego next week! We are going with my parents and taking Daxon too. I'm excited. We are probably going to Sea World for sure... and the zoo. And a baseball game. Any other suggestions? We are way excited to get out of town for a little vacation!
Glad to hear you guys had a fun week, even if it wasn't in Mexico. I love San Diego though, what a perfect time of year to be down there. Love and miss you guys!
Too bad our summers aren't the same cause that sure would be fun!! Cali sounded like fun. We would've last not even an hour with those dumb animals!
