Play Mates!

The time has come where the boys are starting to interact more and more with one another. Jett is constantly wrestling with Colt getting on his back and Colt will roll him right over they just go at each other already. Jett hates when Colt takes anything of his and just snaps it right back, but Colt he is after everything he has. Colt gets in his little walker and just hauls butt toward you and both Jett and I have to run out of his way. It is so cute Jett will come and hide behind me to get away from him. Both of our feet are hurting when he is in that thing. I would throw it out but Colt loves it and is entertained in it for a bit so I have to keep it.

Colt is everywhere now he has crawled a little but still cruises scooting so he sticks to it. He gets everywhere he needs to go though so he is fine. He is also getting to that age where he doesn't want to hold still. He hates to get changed now, doesn't like to be held much just wants to be moving, moving, moving. I thought he would be a little different then Jett and more cuddly - not so much. I definitely have busy bees for boys! Oh and Colt just had his first tooth pop through today. He has had a runny nose and messy diapers so I'm glad they are coming through.

Jett is starting to say and do so many things. You tell him a word and he can say it. He is still climbing everything and picks up on every little thing you do. The one thing that is making me laugh lately is him dancing with me and to any music and trying to sing it is hilarious. But one thing that is driving me crazy ok a couple things: he has learned to scream at the top of his lungs - YIKES!! he wines for things uh uh uh uh all day and throws a fit if he doesn't get what he wants - so I would say we have hit the terrible two's. I am sure this is how it is for most little kids at his age. He is still a good kid and brings so much joy to our family I just have to learn more and more patience with the older they both get.

Crazy that school started yesterday and I am not headed back to work, but I seriously couldn't imagine leaving the boys I am getting the hang of this stay at home mom thing of course I still need my breaks, but I am so thankful I have the opportunity to be with them everyday! I don't know what I would do without them I love them so much and can't believe how fast time has gone and how big they are getting.
