Jett's Big #3 Birthday!

I can't believe Jett is already three years old. It just seems like yesterday we were headed up to Idaho and I was soooo nervous and excited I remember that day like it was yesterday. He was this perfect little guy just like he is today. He has a little bit more of an attitude, but he is the greatest little angel ever. I do have to say he is the smartest little boy he just picks up on so many things so quickly it's actually kind of scary what he already understands and can say and do. He isn't my little baby anymore he is really big. I actually need to write down what he said the other day he was saying his legs hurt so I said oh you must be growing and he said well my head is growing too because it hurts. So whatever hurts it is now because he is growing. He has earned five dollars in his piggy bank that he made him self and he has five dollars because if he sleeps in his own bed by himself all night he gets to find a dollar in his bed. Thank goodness for Jamie Jeppson giving me the idea it didn't work at first but lately it has been working great halleluiah because me and Josh were getting big old bags under our eyes from loss of sleep with him in our bed moving around and up and around everywhere. Let's just hope he will keep it up! So we had a little party with the family over the weekend because Josh wanted to go pheasant hunting with my dad again, so it worked out nice even though it was freezing!!!! It snowed pretty much all weekend. The boys loved it though even after they would play in it with no gloves and cry because it was so cold they would go right back out in it. Anyway we had dinner and cake and ice cream with the grandparents and Lance and STacey and it was fun, so fun that we ended up coming home with a little hamster that my family decided to get Jett - WOW The kids did love it but I was okay with that until he had his friend birthday party on Monday and the Nielson Family gave him a guinea pig - YIKES!! So me mrs not an animal person has these rodents in my house that I really don't know how long will last here. I just don't do well with animals I already flushed the fish down the toilet :( Jett's Diego adventure party was chaotic but fun thanks to the Jeppson's that brought all of their reptiles for the kids to check out with their binoculars they made and took on an adventure. Her boys were amazing at explaining and showing off their pets. We also had a pinata and caught fish with their hands at the end to take home which was again thanks to Jamie Jeppson for the idea she basically gave me all the fun party ideas. I think all the kids really liked it even though it was a little crazy. But what party isn't with little kids right! Jett got a lot of fun gifts and has a lot of awesome friends so thanks to everyone that helped out and came we really appreciate it. I have to tell you before we were going down to the park my trunk was open and I realized it wouldn't shut because Colt had turned my keys on and left it on and my car was totally dead, then he pulled Jett's cake down out of the back and almost ruined it. Well when we got down there Josh was going to be the razor back and it was dead and his tools for the water were at home. So all sorts of little things came up but it all worked out. Glad it is over.
