Girls Weekend at the Bastian's House!

It was time again for the boys to go on their annual Strip Trip where they go camping out on the Arizona Strip. Last year it was pretty windy and nasty this year I guess it was freezing the first night then got better. They had a great time Lance found a nice set of horns and Stockton went with him so they had a good time. Lance came back Saturday night but the rest of them stayed until Sunday afternoon.

Since the boys were having their little weekend the girls decided to have theirs. Jalene and Taylor came down Thursday and stayed until Sunday. Stacey came down Friday and went home the next day. Deb came down Saturday and stayed with Allison for a night and Trio and Melanie just came over and hung out with all of us. So it was fun to see all the girls and visit and catch up. We actually went to lunch on Saturday and got a pedicure. I was ready for that. We got babysitters and took off for a little bit. The kids did great and so did the baby sitters.

It was a fun weekend, the boys had a good time I think they ended getting back Sunday afternoon.

I took these pictures of Colt because he is turning four months old isn't that crazy. He is such a smiley little guy. I can't believe how much he has grown. He is starting to giggle and make different little noises like he is talking. He loves being outside and is very tentative of what is going on around him.

Jett is starting to experience more and more. He climbs on more things he fell out of his high chair on the tile, so I now tie him down. He knows how to chase the kids around. He knows mark get set go and races to you. He knows how to say one, two, three, and gets so excited. Basically he is learning something new everyday it really is amazing how much they pick up on so I guess I need to always be on my best behavior.

The boys enjoyed having the other little kids around this weekend. Melanie's little Jenna is getting so big, Trio's Jaylee is just so sweet and shy, Taylor is a little character she is just full of life, and of course Deb's little girl was an angel, and Brylee just plays so good with anyone. It is fun to watch all of their different personalities. I am lucky to have such amazing friends and of course that is where the children learn it from is there outstanding parents.
