I finally started collecting things for Jett's Room I was going to do old airplanes but I changed my mind to old cars and so glad I did because it turned out so super cute. Renae came down Tuesday afternoon and was going to start painting so I put Jett in Jeremy's room to take a nap. I didn't know how it would go, but he didn't cry or make a peep so I thought that was easy. Well I turned on a fan so that it would block the noise out, as I was walking upstairs after visiting with Renae I heard a knock on the door so I peaked in the room Jett had taken a craft of mine with old grass and stuff and had been sticking it in the fan and it chopped it all up and spit it EVERYWHERE!!! I didn't know what to do it wouldn't even come up with the vacuum it was all over him in his hair stuck on his clothes he was itching and I was just in aw! I took him upstairs which was a bad idea because he woke up Colt so Colt slept less than an hour and I don't even think Jett slept so it was a long afternoon. I got everything cleaned up though and Renae just painted away so it was okay!
Now the room is done and I have to say Renae Lindgren is AMAZING!!! She is talented if any of you are looking for something to do in a room just call her I didn't even tell her what to do I just let her go to it and decide what she wanted to do and I love love love how it turned out. She even helped me hang my stuff up after wards. We added Colt's name because they will be sharing the room one day. The only thing I lack now is a bed skirt a lamp and an old car for my shelf. I am going to see if I can find old license plates too for around the top border so if any one has any they want to sale let me know! So glad it's done and so glad I had her do it!
I have been a project person the next thing is our family pictures on the wall after that I have to be done for awhile I am spending way more money being a stay at home Mom then when I worked - YIKES!!!
