Puarta Vallarta Trip
I have a lot to catch up on form February but I have to hurry and write about our trip to Puerta Vallarta before I forget. We decided pretty short notice to head to Vallarta for our anniversary trip. We couldn't decide and Josh just started his search and he of course found us a sweet hotel on the beach a little out from town. We flew out of Vegas this time which is unusual but the layovers were terrible if we flew out of St. George so we flew out Thursday night and got there Friday morning so Friday we checked in, got lunch, had a full body massage - IT WAS AWESOME then went down town and toured around and mingled with the locals. We ate at a local taco stand and Josh was in heaven he loves authentic food - me I enjoy it but don't love it. So we spent all day in town then headed back to the hotel and got in the hot tub and watched the sunset and then headed back to our room to watch a movie. It was a super fun day. We did a little bit of shopping I could have done a little more but you know men anxious to be done. I did find Jamie her vanilla and guess what it didn't make it back home I was a little upset. Anyway - Saturday we slept in and then headed to another great time share presentation just to get some free stuff and then we spent the whole day relaxing and hanging out at the pool and beach. It was a perfect day. I thoroughly enjoyed that day I know Josh gets a little antsy but he did well also. We went to dinner at the top of the hotel and watched then sun go down again it was beautiful. The food wasn't the best but it was still worth it to sit there and enjoy the view. We also got to see several hump back whales that day they come in during this time of year to have their babies so it was fun to watch them. The next day we slept in again ( I think I enjoyed the sleeping on the trip the most :) ) then we ordered breakfast and ate it on our balcony and just enjoyed our beautiful surroundings and amazing hotel room. We soaked it all in - went on a walk and then came back and got ready to go. So yes it sounds like a short trip but it was actually perfect I was already ready to come home and see the boys. We actually decided those are the best trips short and quick and fun and back to our family. I am so glad we went we always have so much fun together we could go on trips just Josh and I all the time - we always have super fun and just laugh and build upon our relationship. I am so blessed to have a husband that loves to travel and see new things. I am also so blessed to have a husband that works so super hard to provide for us and make it possible for us to do the things we love. Happy 9th Anniversary Josh Bastian I love you with all my heart and look forward to many more amazing years to come with my sweetheart, best friend, and hero.
We didn't take very many pictures and my phone is starting to take awful pictures but oh well. />
