Jetts Tubes

I have to say all those parents that have to watch their little ones go through major surgeries and sicknesses I don't know how they do it. I truly admire them and how strong they are to go through such hard trials. Even taking Jett in to get tubes I was so nervous and it broke my heart to have them take from me and then hear him screaming when we went in to get him because he doesn't know what is going on. He didn't really well we had to be at the hospital at five I didn't sleep good I kept dreaming about it and thought I would sleep in, but we got up and he was happy all the way there. He actually did really well until they put the thing on his leg to test his heart rate he hated that thing. Then they gave him some medicine that made him really loopy it was so funny to watch him it was like he was totally drunk his head would just fall back and he would sit there and just pinch Josh and half giggle you can tell in some of the pictures how out of it he was. It was actually pretty hilarious. The surgery only took like five minutes it was so super fast and he did really well, but it was still hard to leave him. He was a little fussy that day but that was totally to be expected. He acted like nothing happened the next day so that is good.

We are so glad to have it done so hopefully he can not have any more problems with them and can be healthy especially with the baby coming so we are glad to have it over with. Now that Jett is taken care of I told Josh now the baby can come anytime. I guess he isn't though I had a doctor's appointment today and I am only at a one. I thought for sure the way I have been feeling I would be more - looks like I might have to go back to work for a few days - yuck. I am ready to be done being pregnant. lly

I hated watching Stella get that surgery too. It's not the surgery that was hard, it was having the doctors take her away from me and walk away down the hall. It was traumatizing. But look how cute Jett looks in that hospital gown. Love it! He has the sweetest face and I am so glad that he can get some relief with those tubes.

PS - WAITING TO SEE PICTURES OF YOUR NEW BABY, SO HAPPY HE IS FINALLY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
